St. Paul's

When I was thinking of an old Colonial Church to include in my story, I instantly thought of the famous Old First Church in Bennington, VT. Being a student of History I have visited the Church to view it's historical beauty and Robert Frost's grave. The location is beautiful and haunting at the same time. The peacefulness of the neighboring cemetery with all the tombstones nestled in the leaves or the snow is, surprisingly serene. Yet, there lies some deeper mysteries within the hallowed ground as the Church is one of Vermont's most haunted places.
